Hi Reader,
Sarah told me something last month that broke my heart.
"I have 47 tabs open on my phone right now," she said.
"AIP recipes. Carnivore testimonials. A podcast about SIBO. Three different articles about why seed oils are either killing me or totally fine. I've been researching for 8 months and I honestly feel MORE confused than when I started."
She laughed when she said it, but I could hear the exhaustion underneath.
Here's what I've noticed after working with dozens of women like Sarah:
The problem was never that she wasn't smart enough to figure it out.
The problem was that she was trying to be her own functional medicine doctor, her own nutritionist, her own health detective, AND her own accountability partner.
All while dealing with brain fog, fatigue, and a body that felt like it was betraying her.
No wonder she was drowning.
I see this pattern all the time with the women I work with - brilliant, capable women who've spent YEARS trying to DIY their healing.
They've read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Followed the Instagram accounts.
Tried protocol after protocol.
And somehow they end up more confused than ever, second-guessing every meal, constantly wondering if they're doing it "right."
Here's what I told Sarah:
"What if you didn't have to figure this out alone anymore?"
What if instead of spending your weekends scrolling through conflicting advice, you had ONE person - a guide who actually knows YOUR body, YOUR situation, YOUR faith, and YOUR goals?
Someone who could cut through all the noise and say: "Here's what we're doing for the next 30 days. Here's why it's right for YOU specifically. And here's exactly what to expect."
Someone who could help you stop researching and start healing.
That's what changed everything for Sarah.
Not another protocol.
Not another supplement stack.
Not another elimination diet she found on Instagram.
What changed was finally having a coach she could count on - someone in her corner who could help her trust herself again.
Three months later?
She deleted 46 of those 47 tabs.
(She kept one recipe blog she actually liked.)
And more importantly - she started waking up WITHOUT brain fog for the first time in 4 years.
If you've been watching from the sidelines, reading my emails, thinking "maybe someday I'll reach out"...
I want you to know: you don't have to keep doing this alone.
You don't have to spend another Sunday night at 11pm googling "best diet for Hashimoto's" while everyone else sleeps.
You don't have to keep second-guessing yourself.
You weren't meant to carry this by yourself.
So here's what I want to ask you:
What's the ONE thing you're most confused about right now when it comes to your health?
Hit reply and tell me.
Is it which diet to follow?
Whether your symptoms mean you're healing or getting worse?
If you should try that supplement everyone's talking about?
What testing you actually need vs what's just expensive noise?
Just tell me what's keeping you up at night, and I'll personally write you back with my honest thoughts.
No sales pitch.
No pressure.
Just one human who gets it, talking to another.
Because here's what I know for sure:
Clarity is the first step toward healing.
And you deserve to have someone help you find it.

P.S. - Sarah's biggest regret? That she waited so long to ask for help. She told me, "I thought I had to have it all figured out before working with a coach. I didn't realize that NOT having it figured out was the exact reason I needed one."
If that resonates, hit reply. Let's talk.
